The Hero’s Journey

A Free Programme for Young Men Who Want More From Life.

"Useless" and "Worthless." Tragically, these are two of the most common words found in suicide notes. Far too many young men feel like they don’t matter—like they have no direction, no purpose, and no one in their corner.

We're here to change that.

That’s why Kiwis For Good created The Hero’s Journey—a completely free programme built to help young Kiwi men (ages 16–25) build real confidence, resilience, and a sense of purpose. This isn’t therapy wrapped in fluff. This is about discovering your strength—and backing yourself for life.

What You Get (For Free!)

When you join The Hero’s Journey, you’ll have access to:

  • Free gym membership – Build a stronger body and mind in an environment that works for you.
  • 1-on-1 coaching & mentoring – Learn to set real goals, face challenges, and take charge of your future.
  • Free counselling (if needed) – Talk to someone who actually listens — and gives a damn.
  • Nutritional guidance – Fuel your body and sharpen your focus with food that gives you an edge.
  • Monthly prizes – We reward effort. Show up, and you’ll be recognised.
  • End-of-year challenge – Push yourself. Break limits. Prove something—to yourself.
  • Over $10,000 in prizes – Big rewards for big effort. Simple.

Why This Matters

Most guys drift through life—doing what they’re told, scrolling endlessly, settling for “just okay.” But you weren’t born to drift.
You were born to level up.

The Hero’s Journey isn’t about fixing what’s “wrong.” It’s about unleashing what’s already inside you. It’s about grit, self-respect, and proving you’ve got what it takes—not just to survive, but to lead, inspire, and rise

Who Can Join?

If you’re a young man between 16 and 25 who wants more—more strength, more confidence, more direction—this is for you. It doesn’t matter where you’re at right now—stuck, lost, or already on your grind. What matters is that you’re ready to grow.
